We don’t have flat pricing rates, we tailor our pricing for each customer based on a variety of factors. These include giving our customers a good return on investment, based on their current consumable spend and the savings from using the Shop Floor Software, the number of users required, and the amount of data that will be put into the system.
Implementation is swift and hassle free. All the back end work will be quickly organised by our team within 24 hours, and a three hour training session will take place to get users up to speed on how to use the software, or you can learn how to use the software yourself in your own time via our built-in training suite.
The average time for companies to be fully up and running is one week.
Our team is always available to reach out to if help is needed. We offer in person or live online support via teams, however we also have a free of charge built-in training suite with videos explaining every functionality in the system from building forms to capturing data to creating reports and dashboards.
We have customers across the globe that speak a variety of languages and these videos have translatable captions to provide guidance to anyone, any time, anywhere in the world.
